DigiSoft Solutions built the Solver ERP mobile application as a commercial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business management tool. This SERVICE is provided by DigiSoft Solutions and is intended for authorized business users.

1. Information We Collect

To provide core ERP operations, our app may collect and process:

• Account & Profile Information: Company ID, staff email address, phone number, name, and user roles for authentication and access control.
• Business Transaction Data: Invoices, vouchers, ledgers, inventory counts, product catalogs, and payment details generated during normal business use.
• Device Permissions:
  • Camera: Used exclusively for capturing receipts, invoice vouchers, and barcode scanning within the app.
  • Storage / Media: Used for generating and sharing transaction invoices, reports, and bills (e.g. sharing PDF or image receipts via WhatsApp or email).
  • Location: Used only when explicitly enabled for staff geo-tagged attendance logging.

2. How Your Information Is Used

The information collected is used solely to facilitate your business accounting, billing, inventory, and reporting workflows. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third parties.

3. Data Security

All communication between the mobile app and our servers is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). User sessions are protected with encrypted authentication tokens and tenant-isolated databases.

4. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or unauthorized trackers. Sharing invoices through external apps (such as WhatsApp) is initiated solely upon explicit user action.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Data is retained in accordance with your organization’s active subscription. Organization administrators can manage, archive, or request deletion of employee profiles and business records by contacting support.
